PLUMBING COURSE

Courses from £20.00 per week.

Role

The role of a plumber is varied and you will be faced with a variety of tasks. The overall task is installing and maintaining systems for water, drainage, and sewage in plumbing systems.

The main areas are:

  • Installing or maintaining heating systems (such as domestic combi-boilers)
  • Fitting domestic appliances (such as dishwashers),
  • Installing and repairing water supplies and drainage for kitchens and bathrooms
  • Installing and repairing air-conditioning systems
  • Emergency repairs.

You can choose between becoming a domestic plumber or a fully qualified professional plumber to NVQ level 3. A course advisor will help you and guide you to choose between these two roles.

The training courses will provide you with everything you need to become a qualified plumber.
